Trimble T10x - Restoration of Microsoft Windows License on T10x

Overview
This is a fix for the Trimble T10x Licensing issue after performing a Windows Update.

Instructions for installing the patch file
      1) Copy patch file onto USB memory stick
      2) Ensure the T10x (2024) tablet is connected to the internet
      3) From the T10x (2024) tablet using Windows Explorer, run the patch executable as Administrator from the USB Memory stick
      4) The program will now automatically recover and activate license
